Channel up/down reverted

Since the august update I can't change channel up or down properly on my Motorola VIP 1910-9. It initially worked as before but I decided to have a look at the settings to see if there were any changes to the support of commands sent to the VIP 1910-9(some
commands have never worked, for instance the menu button). When doing that I noticed that the VIP 1910-9 was actually listed among the Motorola cable boxes. I selected it and I couldn't change channel at all. Went back and ran the automated setup, once at
the "Send Channel Up command" stage the XBox sent a command that performed a Channel Down command, I answered "no" if the command was sent successful and the XBox answered that it now knows how to talk to my cable box. This resulting in having to press up
to change channel down and press down to change channel up. Maybe not a big deal but pretty annoying.

Achievements: Done... Unlocking!

According to my achievement progress, The Silent Cartographer has now reverted back to "locked" despite the fact I completed the Halo CE campaign on heroic and got the achievement to prove it. I'm hoping the fact that The Halo Channel app is down, the website
too and the MCC collection being unable to sync data is all related.
