Channel showing incorrectly

Hello, Quick post about channels showing incorrectly on Xbox One with Xbox Digital TV.

I'm on TeliaSonera Finland's cable network and Channels number 9(JIM) and 8(LIV) shows both Channel 8 number and name on OneGuide. Other those shows Logo also, but other shows only text LIV and number 8.

Here's in nutshell: In OneGuide Channel 8 with right logo and channel 8's program guide is airing in reality Channel 9 (JIM) and Channel number 8 without logo is airing correctly channel 8 program but doesn't show program guide at all.

Cable Provider Updated Channels

If the channel listing is showing incorrectly make sure to run through this
OneGuide Troubleshooter. If you still aren't able to get the correct listing be sure to report the channels with steps in the troubleshooter. Thanks for your patience with this!

I've had this with a provider before. Really this is just the information that's given to the guide and not an issue with the x1, I actually had to put in the information for the next town over and go through a few close sounding providers to get one with
a correct channel lineup (here for example Time Warner cable might say "Time Warner Digital", "Time Warner HD" etc. all for the same area)

There is a feature to report the channels as being wrong. When the channels are listed incorrectly on the screen hold the Guide button on the controller and then choose Report Issue. It will provide a screen shot with your explanation so the dev's can
see what the issue is.

Do you mean your Minecraft username is displaying incorrectly, or your gamertag shows up incorrectly in all cross platform titles?

Have any of you fixed this? I just set mine up and I see Bell Fibe listed in the list and Bell Satellite..

When you choose your TV provider.. I have a couple channels listed incorrectly but the majority is correct.. You need to make sure you select Bell Fibe not Bell tv..

The guide however does show every single channel, not what you subscribe to. Not sure if that is possible to do, but you can just set up your favourite list and use it.
