channel icons

2 cays ago the channel icons on oneguide went away and just the channel names show up. Is this happening for anyone else, and how do I fix it? I have gone through the power cycle process, and clearing the oneguide and history. Is anyone else having this
issue?

No channels icons

I'm having an issue where my oneguide shows no icon on channels. Makes it hard to see which channel is which as the channel names only appear when selected.

Any help would be really appreciated .

Hey there, T3CH 3XPR3SS! I am sorry to see any issues with OneGuide! I haven't seen this issue crop up anywhere else, so hopefully we can get you sorted out!

When you say you cleared the OneGuide and history, how did you do that exactly? I am asking only to be sure that I don't ask you to do the same things twice for me before we continue on.

Have you also made sure to
remove and add your account to your Xbox One again? I don't think this is a profile specific issue, but it may help!

I went to the oneguide settings and pushed the clear oneguide button and the clear history button. I have also power cycled the console, and my internet went in to oneguide troubleshooting and reset oneguide. I don't know what else to do that I didn't
try yesterday.

 

Channel icons have also disappeared on my OneGuide. I hate this because I have no idea what the callsigns are for the local networks.

 

i pushed the two buttons in oneguide settings to reset, and clear history. I have been through almost everything thing with xbox support on twitter for the last couple days. Including trying different accounts direct wiring the xbox, and several other
things. i am just trying to figure out if the channel logos disappeared by design or if it is an issue on my end. And how i can get them back

 

Same issue here so must not be something on our ends. I have AT&T U-Verse if that makes a difference.

I checked with Twitter for all the troubleshooting you've done, so now I have a list of what you have done and won't ask you to do more.

You're issue is a bit unique, it seems. And I see that you're in the preview program, T3CH, though this happened before the April preview went out. Is anyone else in the preview program, too? I don't think this is the cause, but it's good to have these down
when I talk to the right people about this.

 

My cable provider is Mediacom, and yes this happened before the update.

 

I'm also having this problem. I've been without logos for about a week, and none of the troubleshooting steps work. I'm with Comcast, and not in the preview program.

 

I appreciate the information, guys! I am sorry to see that troubleshooting isn't resolving this for you. We've got the right people looking into this now. Once I have more information for you, I will post back in here.

 

A few channel logos suddenly showed up this morning, and after I cleared OneGuide, it repopulated with all of them.

Don't know what changed, but at least for me, this is fixed.
