Channel change doesn't work at boot and then magically starts working after 5 minutes

The Xbox one when powered on will power on my TV/Cable Box/Receiver with no problem. However, I can't change channels. Then after a few minutes I can change channels just fine. This is both with the media controller and voice commands. I have a Cisco R200N
cable box. This is very frustrating, anyone have a similar issue or know of a fix?

Disc drive solutions dont work I've tried all of them and none of them work now here is the part where you say it a hardware problem then explain how my disc drive magically crapped out on me right after the update that took 5 minutes to download but 5 minutes
earlier my disc drive worked perfectly fine.

These channels general allow you to hop around the interference from the other channels. I'd recommend testing out 7 first. You may want to unplug your router and modem after making the change. Plug your modem in first, let it fully boot up (connection
and everything) then boot up your router, and let it do the same (boot fully). After this is done then boot up your xbox and run a connection test.

Try unplugging your router and your modem for a full 5 minutes, make sure the xbox is off during this time. After 5 minutes is up plug in your modem, wait for it to boot up, then plug in your router. Once the router is booted up then turn on your xbox and
try to connect again, if that doesn't work I'd recommend contacting the customer support line.

Well.. try changing the channels first

and if one channel doesn't work any better try another one. Changing channels can work wonders, but if you don't want to take the advice, its up to you of course.

Have you tried doing a cold boot on the PC by shutting it completely down for a couple of minutes then starting it back up? If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
