    So right now my name is Ace#5926 and i want to change it to , but there is already an account with that name, but after looking at it i saw that the account was inactive, with no games played and no friends ir followers. So i was wondering the if
    there was a way that microsoft could change the name of that account or just deactivate it.

    I made my account over twelve years again as well, and it is currently still the same name but for the last couple of weeks I've been thinking about changing it to something a bit different, by the sounds of it you are a few days ahead of me and I should!

    I have been tempted recently to make my gamertag match my mixer handle though
