I changed my xbox name from itybityhalokity to and the game thinks i have never played before and upon launching is forcing me to choose a new pirate and start over. i would like this fixed and my character back asap

How to restart a Xbox ONE game from scratch

If you are playing Forza and you want to restart it from the begining, how can this be done?

I've tried uninstalling the game and reistall which keeps your old car purchases in place

Not able to load Manhunt level !

Downloaded game, was able to play, right up to begining of manhunt level, it freezez, right at begining, were you see the women sitting at table, then it restarts itself at the starting screen, any one else having same problems?

The only way that you would not have to pay the 10 dollars is if when you signed up for the xbox profile it automatically generated the gamertag for you.

If you go to pick your own gamertag at the beginning or if the gamertag you picked at the beginning was in some form a violation of the code of conduct and the enforcement team did a forced gamertag change then you would have to pay the 10 dollars to change
your gamertag.

If you were forced to change the gamertag, it would have been forced by the Product Enforcement Team. If the gamertag was reported as being offencive, and the PET decided that it was, then the gamertag is forced to change. Chances of getting the old gamertag
back is slim to none, as once a gamertag is used, it remains unavailable for something like 5 or 7 years. Plus, there is a good chance that, even if you were able to change it back, that the PET would simply force you to change it again. And beyond that, the
more you are forced to change your gamertag for ToU violations, the more chance you have of getting suspended. I would just chalk the old gamertag up as gone, and go from there.

You would have to have someone file a complaint on your account. The enforcement team will investigate your account from there and decide whether or not to give you a forced name change.

FYI, forced changes now give you a random gamertag. You would still need to pay to change your gamertag to something you want.

Are you sure that is the right error code?

I cant find anything on that code.

Try restarting your router, clearing the cache and doing a network test before trying again.

Also if you have a forced gamertag change and keep changing it to something else that may also be unacceptable it can lead to a ban. The gamertag you have used 'Burnted c**' is likely to cause another forced change.
