Changing your ban policies

You people over at Xbox need to change your Ban rules. It's gotten to the place where I spend hundreds of dollars only to be banned for every tiny little infraction when I get cussed out and screwed withholding all the time yet nothing ever happens to thesee
other people. It's ****,and it's flawed. I told someone that he made a "Bitch move" when. He exploited a glitch in for honor and trapped me in a corner,and I get banned. I didn't commit harrasment,I didn't call HIM a bitch,I just said it was a bitch move,meaning
lame. And I said that AFTER he trolled me. And I get banned. Your policy dictates that you or your admins Ban people on a whim,for even the slightest perceived infraction,even when there was none,or it ment little in the face of a real offense or infraction.
You people don't take the time to look for the true wrong doing,you just assign blame on whomever you wish without any real discernment. And that's because you people don't truley care about us as gamers. You take your money,and run and keep up the appearance
of a real online gaming administration. But your all fake and ****. I'm tired of getting punis he'd by real **** who exploit game weaknesses getting off Scott free or getting me tied up in ban ****,when all I did was dare to have the balls to speak up about
something that's not right. It's not just a game. It's my real time,time and money. And if I can't have a secure experience away from salty,emotional little kids who shouldn't be playing,the I say **** YOU XBOX AND **** YOUR MICROSOFT. I'VE SPENT FAR TO MUCH
TIME AND MONEY IN YOUR BUSINESS TO GET THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. I'm taking my money and business from Microsoft to Sony and Playstation completely unless either my personal ban situation or the whole thing in general is fixed. At least they have good story
driven games so it won't be a waste of my money. Unlike you people. I'm done with you thieving,uncaring **** and the little nut suckers you call "Admins" they don't administration crap,they just dole out power and punishment wherever they want. No real discernment
from any of them. MY tag is ,and I'm done with this ****.Either come and get me or fix this.I highly doubt you'll do either except sit on your greedy little hands.With your track record you people will probably do what I expect which is nothing.It's
what you guys are best at. I'm done with you Xboxlive. Either fix this ****,or move aside so I can give those slightly more customer savy people at Sony all my money from now on. Your move.

Enforcement Ban Policies

I just got banned from xbox live for 7 days. I'm not sure how this works. This guy on GTA V was griefing me so I told him to stop in a "not nice way". But since griefing is also against the rules, shouldn't he go down with me at the very least? The fact
that I cannot contact the enforcement team is disappointing and upsetting. It is also upsetting that they don't even have to tell you the exact reason/situation in which why they are banning you.

 

sorry to hear about your ban. Xbox Live is considered a rate E for everyone service and all communications needs to be at that level. The best rule when an event like this is to never respond block the player and report them.

 

Perhaps you should just follow the rules you agreed to abide by or find a different service and ecosystem which caters to your need to be toxic. For Honor has their own team in place to handle enforcement as well. I would suggest the next time someone engages
in something you believe to be cheating (exploitation of glitches are cheating) report it and block the individual. Do not bother engaging them verbally because two wrongs don't make a right and MS will never side with you when they can refer to blatant chat
logs. Further, there has to be more to it. No one gets banned for the word bitch unless it is part of a string of invective.

Microsoft can only respond to the reports they receive. If you did not submit one and the other guy did (lets face it he probably did as soon as he got called out) then why would they bother looking at "your side?" They are only taking the time to verify
the report and take action if the report is true. If he reported inappropriate chat communication they aren't going to be looking at what got you to the point of **** at him. They are only looking for the infraction you made.Like if you reported his glitch
abuse, they would be looking for cheating and system tampering, not inappropriate messaging.

Everyone spends a lot of money and they are treated the same. Learn to navigate the system and you'll have an easier time of it.
