    Changing Xbox Live Info


    My son's gamer tag is AJPredalien and yet when he logs in to his Xbox one and logs out and plays online it displays my name Holly Powell. Why? How do we change this? There is nothing on the console or anywhere to fix this. It shouldn't be this hard. Please
    help! I should be able to log in and see all of my son's gamer tags and change the xbox live accounts associated with them. Why does Microsoft make this so difficult?

    Need Help with Xbox Live...

    Have you tried changing the e-mail from the account you DON'T want access to?

    Try signing in through your xbox and changing the e-mail from the actual console, if you need help on how to do that here's a link:
