Changing Xbox Account Email and Transferring Games: Is It Possible?

You can't transfer games between accounts. You can buy other accounts gifts however and change the email associated with your account. But transferring saved data is not possible

Yes you can do that by adding a new alias, removing the old one and making the new one your primary .

Just keep in mind that When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.

It isn't possible to transfer accounts. You can change the email address, there are risks that by deleting the existing email address, it will delete your account.

It's not possible to transfer data between accounts unfortunately. You can only change the email linked to it.
