Changing the privacy settings by unban of an account!

Hello Enforcement team! I am contacting you on an issue that is starting to bug me now! Pretty much one of my accounts (by the gamertag of Gawws) is incorrectly a child account! I wish to change this! So when I went to change the settings from the
parental account I found doing so was impossible due to the parental account linked to Gawws being permanently banned! I knew this already. I first contacted support and they said to contact you on this forum because you coydl temporarily or permanently unban
the parental account, going by the gamertag of george wildcat. When I then contacted the forum you replied by saying that it was not relevent and that support does have access to change the relationships between two members of an xbox family! I turned back
to support and told them what you replied with. They said that with the parental account being banned it is impossible for them to do such a thing unless the parental account is unbanned PERMANENTLY or TEMPORARILY. I am easy either way. However I assume that
I am asking a unban of the account george wildcat so that my privacy settings can be changed! This is mainly to optimise my xbox experience and to start my life of streaming on twitch! Please do not reply with a automated message otherwise a message to the
elders of the company will be given, and poor customer service will be shown! This is on the topic on the forum, I look forward to hearing from you!

• Now change the settings.

Unfortunately I don't think your account will be unbanned, even if it is to change the settings of the account.

Also, the enforcement team do not look at these forums, you will have to post this in the enforcement team's own forum section, although I don't think they'll unban you.
