Changing the email on my Xbox

My son has an xbox, this xbox is registered to my email address. I want to change the email address associated with this xbox so that it is on his email address/microsoft account but for him to not loose anything like Gamer Tag, downloads, Xbox Gold and
Fortnite progress. He already has his own email address with his own microsoft account.

If I delete the xbox off my microsoft account and then add it to his microsoft account will he loose anything and how to add his Gamer Tag to his microsoft account?

I can't do this as my son already has a microsoft account so it won't allow you to do it with an already existing account...

 

There is not any way to move his profile (game progress, purchases, gamertag) or anything like that from your account to his account.

The only thing that can be done is what was said in the previous post.

If the email address that you are trying to use is already a MS account and it is a MS server email (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @msn.com, @live.com) then you would not be able to change it at all without losing access to that email.
