    We need this to be changed as to which I can not recover or use my xbox live account no longer due to some family issues. I am no longer able to use my xbox live account anymore, because I am unable to change the email completely without deleting the previous
    email that is associated on the xbox live account, but also having the email just not be connected to the xbox live account at all.

    Again. I've already been through this process. Nothing changes. The old email that was in use will still keep the account until I remove it. And I want to keep everything for the old email.

    If you make up a new email account and you replace it with the one already in use that is all you have to do. Follow the steps as indicated in the support link.
