Changing the charge date.

My Xbox Ultimate comes out on the last week of the month. Usually there's about 5p left in my account at that time lol. How can I change the date to the 1st so I don't have my subscription cancelled every month?

As stated above the best option would be to cancel the subscription then start it on a date where you know the money will always be avail in the account!

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. That is surely an annoying issue to have. Maybe support.xbox.com can help you with the issue. Maybe
the only solution will be to cancel the subscription and start a new one at the start of the month, so the recurring billing will be done shortly after the 1st.

Adult accounts can change date of birth but there are complications, like you can't be in charge of a family account with a child account.

Hello MichaelcCondur, unfortunately there is no way to change the date of billing of the subscription, formerly there was, Microsoft had the date of renewal of the subscription and the date of billing, but they eliminated this option, now the date of renewal / payment of the subscription is when you purchased or repurchased the Game Pass.

If you wanted the charge to be on another date, turn off automatic subscription renewal via the link below by going to your subscriptions and then re-subscribe to the Game Pass on the date you want to be charged.

The only reason I want to dispute the charge is because I had used a Xbox Ultimate gift card moments later. On top of this, the charge never changed the due date for my ultimate(until after using the Xbox Gift Card)
