Changing the case of my gamertag

Hello,

I just recently changed my gamertag, but I accidentally didn't change the case of the first letter. I would like it to be Potestis but it is currently potestis. I checked to see if I could just pay $10 more dollars to change the case (it was really bothering
me : / ) but it says that it is taken, I guess meaning that gamertags aren't case sensitive. I was wondering if there was a way that I could just get the case of the first letter changed to what I wanted it to be.

I recently changed my game tag to my current one and I'm the rush I used all uppercase and wish I had done it all lower case.

i was wondering if I can get it changed from all uppercase to all lowercase. I am unable to do this myself due to need to change the gamertag on my current account and then changing it back all lowercase.

The only way would be to change your gamertag to something else, and then change it back. You would have to pay both times.

 

Update: Changed my gamertag again because I didn't think that there would really be any solution.

Actually, you're quite right. The system recognizes the gamertag as the same even if one of the letters are in caps. So the only way to get the gamertag you wanted, you may need to change it to a completely different one which would cost you $20 if you're
in the US.

 

If I'm not mistaken that's only $9.99.

 

It is. But if you change it twice you're paying the $9.99 twice which would be $20.
