    Changing the age of my account?


    Shortly the problem is this:

    i'm 16 and i have an adult account cause i'm underage

    now i wanted to use the same Microsoft account for my laptop, that Windows 10 thingie...

    and when i tried to use google chrome, it says that i need to ask a permission from the adult account owner

    i did it and nothing happened and now i'm stuck

    do i need to make another account again and lie about my age!?

    oh and i already changed my age at the Microsoft account but it didn't work

    i guess i need to do it on the xbox live but i don't know how...

    Changing the age of your account nor changing the email of your account will affect your account age fyi

    It goes based on your age when you set up your account

    I bought the account for my son and now that he is not playing it.I want to play Battlefield but His account is to young as I Didn't w.ant him to play mature games . I just want to change the age ? Thanks

    You can change the age of your Microsoft account at http://account.live.com but keep in mind that will only change the age of your Microsoft account and not your Xbox account.

    Changing the age on your email doesn't change the age of your account. There is no way to change the age of an account.
