    Changing resolution is causing network issues.


    I recently purchased a new monitor and I was playing with the Xbox settings to see if I could change the brightness. Blah blah blah all of a sudden my Xbox was having an extremely hard time with WiFi. It was having a hard time signing me in, couldn’t start any parties, and basically anything online related did not work. Yet, all my devices showed no signs of issues. Tried fixing the WiFi by turning it off and on blah blah, tried a bunch of things like testing NAT from Xbox, DNS, clearing MAC, changing how my Xbox turns on. Anyways, I just right now changed my resolution from 1440 back to 1080 and all of a sudden everything works now..! Has ANYONE had this problem and is there a way to fix it??

    Same for me, 100Mbps fiber connection with 10ms ping. Stadia, GeForce Now work perfectly and xCloud gove network issues icon the whole time and causes really bad resolution.

    resolution for 640*480

    Im going to assume you are referring to the resolution being displayed by your console on your screen (obv😉) and you would like to change it to a higher resolution.

    Firstly: Is this the native resolution of the screen being used, and is it the highest capability of said screen?

    Secondly: To change the setting on your console simply follow the steps outlined in the link provided below. Hope this helped with your issue.

    XB1 causing network issues?

    I.do not know how much Mbps (mega bytes per second) your ISP is providing you. It could be the problem. Try disconnecting (unplugging) your router and modern for 30 seconds then plug them back in. This will give you a refresh on your connection. Start
    there first.
