    Hello!

    So I originally had a singapore xbox live account. I was also a member of xbox live rewards (myVIP) which was also set to Singapore.

    Ive moved out of Singapore recently and I am making purchases now on the US xbox store which ofcourse does not give me any reward points to my Singapore account.

    So, as instructed in the FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards), I opted out of the rewards program, and then applied to switch my xbox live account to United States a couple of days ago. This has been successful
    and my xbox live account is now United States set.

    Now after this, I register and sign back in again to the rewards program, but it still says my region is Singapore.

    What should I do? Do I need to opt back out, wait a few days and sign back in again? Or am I missing a step?

    Oh right on, if I understood correctly everything is working as expected now? Season Passes can tend to behave a little differently depending on the game. Keep us posted if this is working for you or not so we can help narrow this down further.

    Hello vivekp,

    We see that we are recognizing your Microsoft Account region as US. However, your account has not been fully set up yet. Once your join by date shows a recent date and not "???", then your account has been set up. We do not see any visible issues with you
    creating a US Rewards Account once the process is completed.
