Changing region ban?

Hey

Many people from the UK have been changing region to US and getting the game early and cheaper, i am now wondering if this is a bannable offence and what the actual rules are on this?

i would like to obviously play the game now, however i dont wish to take the risk of being banned, but if so many are getting away with it then why shouldn't everyone?

any help and advice from an official would be tremendous as the phone support had no idea lol.

And I'd like to ask something. There is a question:

"What region is my account and what can I do about it?"

And in the answer I read this: "There are ways to get your old GT and Microsoft account email over to your new account, but your games, MS points, and LIVE time are not transferrable."

That's what I'd like to do. I'd like to change my region to Hungary without changing my GT and email. I signed into XBox Live long ago but when I was signing into Live they hadn't supported Hungary yet. So what should I do? - asked myself. I
choosed USA. But now I am having a problem with buying from LIVE because in my bank account's billing information my country is Hungary and I can't change it in my LIVE profile. I hope you understand my problem and that we can find a solution.

First of all thank you for replying. I could change my country for my Microsoft account, however my country on my Xbox Live profile remained untouched. My problem is I can't buy anything from the live marketplace because my country on my live profile is
not the same that is in my bank card. I think the purchase won't complete. So is there any way I could keep my GT and my email and change my country in my xbox live account?
