    CHANGING REGION AND BILLING


    Hi there, so i signed on giving my address, which is in the UK, however when i tried to set up a card it was stuck in US, saying that my region was US and this is unchangeable. I then changed my region to UK (no idea why it would be in US as i never entered
    a US address). I still am stuck with a US region when i try to submit my card details, therefore i cannot subscribe to xbox live. HELP

    Check the region of your account, it could be that your account is set to the U.S and that is why you are only able to see U.S states.

    Billing Address Change

    If you live in one of the 9 newly added countries to Live - Russia, Poland, Brazil, Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, South Africa, Colombia, and Chile - then you can use the Region Migration Tool to change your account region.

    If you don't live in one of those countires, you would have to create a new account with the correct region.

    Hey there xWolphyx! Hmm, that's definitely odd. OK, so first thing to check would be- is this new Zip in the same LIVE region as your old one? For example, did you move to a new country? If so, you'll need to migrate your account to the new region, then
    you should be able to update that address properly. Here's info on migration: Region Change Xbox | Consequences of Changing Xbox Region.

    If you're staying in the same country and still getting that error- is this zip code a new one, maybe?
