Changing purchase option from 3 months to 1 year

There are different GOLD memberships available. While youre in Xbox.com, click on 'My Account' in the upper right hand corner, just below your Gamertag. Then just below to the right of your avatar, click on the green bar titled 'Upgrade/Manage'. It will
take you to a list of options available for gold membership purchase:

1 month =$9.99 / 3 months =$24.99 / 1 year =$59.99 /

OR family pack plan (up to 4 gamertags) $99.99 for one year.

As long as you have auto renewal on:

- If you purchase the 1 month, every month you'll be charged $9.99

- If you purchase the 3 months, you'll be charged 24.99 every 3 months

- If you purchase year, every year you'll be charge $59.99 in one transaction

Unfortunately there is no way to reset the HOME more than 3 times in a year.

The only thing I can say is, that it is not 1 year from your last change, but a year from the 3rd change ago, so if you changed it originally 9 months ago, you will only have to wait 3 months.

account.microsoft.com and look under your subscriptions. You can also check your purchase history to see if you only purchased 1 month / 3 month / or 1 year. Typically game pass is 1 month and 3 month, so sounds you purchased 1 month thinking it may have
been 1 year in error?

i only purchase 12 month cards i was given a free 1 month from microsoft earlier this year but it has not changed since august 2014 when it changed to six years, the problem is on microsofts end.
