Changing Privacy and Online Setting Problems

This appears every time I try to change the settings for the online service. I have gold and cannot use it so its frustrating me

None of my xbox and windows 10 online settings are being honoured

It seems like you're having trouble with your Microsoft account Privacy and Online Safety settings take a look at this support article:

You also could try changing your settings online here:
Xbox Settings just select the options that says Privacy & Online Safety.

hey sorry it took forever to reply but i am trying to just get into the settings. i go to my xbox settings, it has me log in, then that screen shows up right after that. if i try to change it on my xbox one, it just tells me to go to xbox.com to change it.

 

On your Xbox One console, what settings are you trying to change that then redirect you to the website?

Can you try logging in using a different browser? Or even a different PC?
