    I am trying to change my settings so that I can purchase things on the online store. I have gone to my parent's account and am trying to access my privacy and online safety settings from there. However each time I have done this I have been told that there
    is a temporary problem with the service. This has been happening for a few days now and I want to know whether I will have to wait or if this can be fixed.

    I'm having exactly the same problem. My son has his Xbox One at his mum's house but his account is linked to mine so the only way I can change his settings to allow him to buy games with Xbox vouchers he has is through my account on xbox.com but it isn't
    working.

    Same problem on other account no have problem only on my first account when i have this problem i no see my all friends on fifa 16 fifa say me i no have friends

    Please go ahead and post a new thread instead of on someone elses.

    @VerdantZer0: Are you still having this problem? If so, please try to change the privacy settings online instead by signing into the parental account and going to
    account.xbox.com/Settings and then "Privacy & Online Safety" be sure to click the child's Gamertag.
