    Changing Phone

My phone's screen is broken. If I send it away to be repaired and it gets a factory wipe, when it comes back and I reinstall a game I had on it, will my game be as I left it? and what about if I bought a new Windows Phone to replace it? Specifically Age
of Empires - Castle Siege? Would be disappointed to lose all my progress.

    :)

HELP! Changing emails and phone numbers

I just want to change my email and my phone number on my account. I keep getting prompted to enter a code that's supposed to be emailed to my address that is on the account now. I've been waiting for some time and the code has not been sent. I know
the email address is correct because I got a code yesterday. How many times is this going to happen? This should be something that is doable in less than 10 minutes. This is quite frustrating. I can't get texts on a phone that is no longer in use. I just
need to update my account. HELP!

My guess is that certain games would be fine and some would be wiped, I would look into if these games use the cloud, considering AoE is Microsoft I think it is but you could extract your save if it is not.

I can confirm that the A0E Castle Siege does carry over devices, providing you log in with the same MS Account.

Age of Empires: Castle Siege will keep the same save file between Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 (and Windows 10, in time), so it is completely based in the cloud and you will be fine switching phones as long as you use the same Microsoft Account. I believe
IRB knows this from personal experience of switching phones.

As for other games, those will totally depend. Games like Microsoft Bingo / Solitaire / Mahjong / Minesweeper all sync your game data to the cloud and it transfers between Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8; Halo: Spartan Assault, for instance, will sync between
Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Other games will all vary.

    Changing phone number

Hi there Chosen O, I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

I am so sorry you are having issues receiving emails to your verification Microsoft account.

The best place to start is to check your internet connectivity and your connectivity to your Outlook. Do you receive the email on another device?

It's also good to check your Junk Email settings to check if you have blocked or removed safe senders and to check your filters at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, check your junk and storage. (Can be found in the Storage setting under general)

If none of this works, try changing your password.

You can find more information here: [support.microsoft.com/office/d39e3341-8d79-4bf1-b3c7-ded602233642]

    I hope this helps.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance. -Lumie
