Changing payment region to United Kingdom

Discus and support Changing payment region to United Kingdom in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; WHen trying to upgrade to premium, I cannot change the region from United States.     Changing payment region to United Kingdom


    WHen trying to upgrade to premium, I cannot change the region from United States.

    How can I do this?

    Visa Debit card.

    What error code or message are you receiving?

    "The card number you have entered is not valid"

    My card number is Bloody well Correct..

    What region is your account set to?

    United Kingdom.

    What region do you physically connect from?

    United Kingdom

    What region is your payment method's billing address in?

    Getting onto these forums

    Check the bottom left of your page, it should say United Kingdom.

    -

    If not click the country it does say and change it to United Kingdom.

    -

    The forum is essentially region locked these days and you must change your region for the entire site in order to access the boards for other countries.

    I've just kept the language as English but changed language region to english (United States) kept location to United Kingdom and the keyboard and dictation is English (United States) and that's fixed it
