    I recently changed my account settings to access xbox live again. I added a new card, deleted the old one and charged the new card a 3 month subscription yet I still cant play MCC. My last card declined the one month payment I had in December. Is there any
    way to just pay that with the new card so I can get gaming again as fast as possible..thanks

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

    If this hasn't been resolved yet, simply go into the billing, manage payment options, click to edit the card, then save it. This will cause the card to get reverified in order for them to allow it for payment. The reason it was declined was they tried charging you $21 for something, but when it was received multiple times as declined/rejected due to funds, the payment method was locked and declined until it can be reverified.

    If you didnt update your payment method since december you go into default after awhile which requires a call to mmxbox but you are gold so who knows

    Question when you say you added a new card was it a creditcard ir a prepaid membership if a creditcard then entering it in the console should fix it.

    If you added a 3 month prepaid code em no you need to pay off the outstanding balance before you can use the 3month code

    It gives detailed instructions on how to change your payment method from one that is in a declined/expired state.
