    Changing Parent Microsoft Account


    Hello, I've been having a bit of an issue with Microsoft Family. I try to sign into my account on xbox live (I am a minor) and it prompts me that my parent's account is invalid. So I go through the process of changing it and it says "signup services are
    unavailable" no matter when I do it. I went and logged on to my microsoft account on a windows machine and fixed my info on there to where I'm in a family with my email and my parent's email as the adult, but yet this problem on xbox live still persists, help
    would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    As above,

    Select child
    Sign in as parent
    get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
    Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

    Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

    Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it Changing Parent Microsoft Account :(

    Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

    Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

    Here's the exact message, "Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid. Your parent needs to choose a different account to manage your Xbox profile." It gives me 2 options, "Change Parent Microsoft Account" or "Play offline".
