    Changing NAT to OPEN from Strict on HUB: SageCom Fast2684


    With Bell Canada... I called their customer support & they had no idea what i was even going on about.

    I have no issues like this with my ps, it plays all the multiplayer games fine...

    Had no issues with the Xbox playing Elder Scrolls, but couldn't play Madden vs a friend online at all...

    So frustrating.

    Opening ports for Titanfall

    And my NAT used to be set to Strict, but when I started changing the settings to open the ports, it went to Open.

    Changing NAT to OPEN from Strict on HUB: SageCom Fast2684

    Are you using a router? If so what is the make/model?

    If you plug the XBOX directly to the modem does it make a difference?

    So this is a combo device. I looked it up online and didn't see a lot of information about configuring it. Are you able to get in to the user interface and make significant changes? If you are there are some changes you can make that might correct the
    issues. The combo devices seem to have a good bit of difficulty working with the XBOX One.

    Unfortunately Xbox seems to be a bit pickier than PS when it comes to connecting to routers. Had the same issue a while ago. The best thing to do is see if you can open your routers settings and try to forward ports specifically for the XBO so that it
    can always connect to the same IP and stay open.
