    Hi, i just got the new Age of Empires Closed Beta and i can´t download it because my account says that i´m under 18 years old. I want to play the game and i cant just download it. Please help me, i be very grateful.

    I bought the account for my son and now that he is not playing it.I want to play Battlefield but His account is to young as I Didn't w.ant him to play mature games . I just want to change the age ? Thanks

    If u have family settings on ur console or account, u can turn it off. my girlfriend is 16 but she plays +18 games, cuz she doesnt have family settings on her console! when she was creating an xbox live account, she just entered her real birthday, and she
    has no problem with playing games! i suggest to check ur family settings and see if thats on!

    nope once set the age of an account cannot be changed till you actually turn 18

    I'm sorry you are unable to change the age on the account after it is made. You will need to create a new account.
