    Could someone help me on how to change the Microsoft account associated with my Xbox live account but I would like to leave all the other apps associated with the old account?

    If you're the actual owner of the Xbox Live profile in question, you should just be able to discuss with your brother so he can help you transfer it over, as he should know the password, to your own MSA and get all that straightened out.

    The game is tied to the account that purchased it. However if you are both using the same xbox one console and have it set as your home console, you both can have access to the game to play.
