    I am attempting to change the Microsoft Account associated with this gamertag and repeatedly run into the error below:

    Sorry, there is a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem go to
    www.xbox.com/errorhelp

    Status code: 80150025



    I go to the URL and enter the code and wouldn't you know...

    Sorry! No Support articles were found for "80150025".



    So now I am at a loss. I've verified all of the information in the following article on changing your gamertag to a different account. The new account has no subscriptions or payment methods associated. The account has not been changed in the last
    30 days, etc.

    This is a child account, but I run through the parent authorization part and the result is the error above which apparently has no support articles associated. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey Rise. Sorry you have had trouble changing your Microsoft Account email. A possible reason you are getting that error code is that you have created, or changed your email address within the last 30 days. Can you confirm or deny that has happened? Thanks!

    Hi there, have you waited 30 days since downloading the profile to the Xbox 360 console? If you made any changes and didn't re-download the profile, I don't think the 30 days cones in affect.

    Note You also must wait 30 days after your gamertag is downloaded from Xbox Live before you can switch that gamertag to a different Microsoft account.
