    I wanted to buy 3€ xbox giftcard when the payment screen is shown whenever is there a “country/region” it’s stuck on United states and Its grayed out meaning I can’t change the payment location, Is there Any way to change to location to “ Latvia” when youre in the payment screen and when it says “country/region”

    You can't. You would have to create a new account.

    Sorry to hear about your situation.



    However, the only way to change the region (from U.S. to U.K.) would be to do an Account Migration (https://live.xbox.com/en-US/AccountMigration). Unfortunately, once a region is
    set, this is the only way to change it.



    But, since this is a new account, it would be easier to create a new GamerTag and put in the correct information there.

    Once an account is created the region can not be changed. Your only recourse is to create a new account with the correct region selected.

    Sorry to hear it. If it's a 360 and was purchased in a different country then the problem would be with the console as different countries use different video codecs. I'm afraid that you would need to look into purchasing a new console in that country.

    As for the account, please make sure you're signing in with the email and password that you used when creating the gamertag
