    Changing installed games in Halo Master Chief Collection breaks the download.


    I purchased the pc version of Halo MCC on windows store, and i'm trying to get it to download only the games that i actually want to play. When I uncheck some games in MCC options, the download process freezes. Furthermore, the games I deselected are selected again in the options. The only way to resume the download process is to reinstall the whole collection. Does anyone know how to change installed games without breaking the whole collection?

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    You have to have Halo The Master Chief Collection installed on your console as the game Halo Reach was an add on for that game collection.

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
