    when im going to customise gamerpic it doesnt come up with how to get my own it just shows me the basic ones you get

    Why is my gamerscoer on XBOX.com goes up and down in value?

    Gamerpic keeps changing also.

    Wrong gamer pictures being displayed for me and my opponents.

    You can only change your Gamerpic on the Xbox. Changing your style does not change your Gamerpic. Turn on your Xbox and update your Gamerpic.

    Hi,

    Can you confirm how you are going about changing it and from what device?

    You can do this from the Xbox One directly or using the Xbox (beta) app on Windows 10 (Download from here)

    also if you have a child account, you won't be able to customise your gamerpic

    Try changing to one of the original gamerpics and then change it back to your custom gamerpic.

    If they haven't changed their gamerpic on the One, then it'll show as a 360 gamerpic when you look at their account.

    No, there's no way to change that gamerpic unless you do it on a One.

    You can have a custom gamerpic that is why the option is there.

    If the gamerpic is not in breach of the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct then it will not be changed.

    Only time that enforcement will change the gamerpic if it is in violation of the Terms of Service and other users have reported the custom gamerpic.
