Changing Gamer Tag for Canadians

Hey I've been trying to change my gamer tag a couple times now, going through a couple different steps and attempting it to recognise I'm in Canada and thus cannot give it a American postal code. I've added a credit card to my account, it doesn't show
up as a payment option and when I try to manually enter it again at the point of purchase, the option of changing from the States to Canada is greyed out.

I'm more than ok with spending the money to change my gamer tag but this is ust straight not allowing me to do it because I have the 'audacity' to be living in Canada, which kinda just feels unfair and frustrating. Now in proper Canadian fashion I would like
to respectfully request... please halp D:

Help with changing gamer tag

i want to change my gt to TidalSnow but someone else has already got it and I don't want to replace one of the letters with numbers so if someone could suggest how I change it up a bit to use it that'd be great.

I've tried it with a space between as Tidal Snow but someone's got that too.

We suggest looking into the
Region settings of the account. Go through Xbox.com to make sure the account is set to the correct region. Now if that doesn't work please

Ok yah I checked and it's definitely set to Canada. I'll do the second option tomorrow then when I have a bit more time.

 

Hi, If you scroll to the very bottom of the webpage you will see a tiny globe icon. Click that and select Canada aka the best country ever and you will be able to update your gamertag there
