Changing gamer pic on mobile app

In your Xbox?
If yes, can you try to change the gamer pic using the Xbox mobile app?

Or with the mobile app are you not able to see the option ?

Inside the Xbox mobile app, if you go to the app settings > scroll down to the bottom > you should be able to see the "share feedback" option

Or what did you tried so far to fix this?

Bruh. Ty so much man that was the issue. Your tag says independent advisor so idk how affiliated you are with Xbox but please try if you can, to help get a better error message for this. Such an easy fix that I had no clue what was going on

My active and and enforcement history both say no suspensions. I have only tried on my phone but I’ve tried on my WiFi and my cellular data. I’ve also tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still nothing.
