    why cant I change my gamerpic on windows 10,ipad and iphone.

    I have the right size of photo but across all my devices the same message keeps appearing “Sorry, we cant upload this image right now, try again later” and i have iv waited hour after hour even a hole night and my internet is perfectly fine.

    please help.

    The feature has been temporarily suspended, reason for it is that there is an increase in gamers on the servers and Microsoft has moved all there available staff towards that. Meaning that there is no moderators to keep an eye on the custom gamer pictures.

    They have a certain amount of staff with regards to the current situation the world is experiencing with Covid19.
