    Changing email associated with Xbox account


    I need to change my email associated with my xboxlive account. I've had the account for about 10 years now. So lots of achievements, friends, games, game progress/saves and online purchases on that account. The email however is my mother's.
    My mum needs that email because it's her main email and is connected to import things like her bank. I want my xbox account for the reasons stated above.
    With the research I've done and after speaking with support the only options seems to be to change the primary alias to a new one, then remove my mums email. This isn't an acceptable option because it'll permanently delete her email. The other option is to just stay connected, I can make a different primary alias so I can sign in with my password but this is a pretty buggy feature and keeps changing with what password I have to use (it's what I've been doing the last couple years).
    My relationship isn't great with my mum and I don't want to keep asking her for her password every once in a while because she changes it regularly so I can't stick to that second option.
    So from what I can see it's either I give up on my xboxlive account or delete my mums email.
    This is a ridiculous solution and there should be other ways around this, as there used to be during the 360 days. There was an option back then to change associated email accounts and you could only do so every 30 days. But they have removed this feature from what I can tell
    Anyone have any advice or know of other options? Help would be greatly appreciated.

    It means you already have a Xbox Account associated to your Email you put in for your new account. Try using another email. Or change the email address of the account associated with the Email you are trying to use.

    Technically transfers cannot be do but you can change the email address associated with a microsoft account.
