Changing country while adding billing address

As was said above, in Xbox 360 Market (Works of a different way of the Xbox One market) you will need to migrate your account to buy there, but to do this you only can change only one time in a 3 month range.

But I can say to you some things you need to have in count after migrate your account to another region or continent, you could start getting issues with the subscriptions if you have any (could be region locked if you bought them in the store); or buying stuff
on the store with credit cards (they have a specific address).

But to change just use the link was post above and see if you can change, if you cant let us know what error is showing.

Thanks all for you reply. I managed to changed region on Xbox console. But online (xbox.com), when I am trying to buy a game it is not allowing me to change the location.
