    Changing city location in my profile....


    Checking to see if anyone else has had this issue; I live in Milford, DE - I used to live in Dover, DE. I went both online and changed my city via web browser and also through my console (XBox One S). The changes will not save, and I can't figure out why.
    My city keeps going back to Dover and won't stay changed to Milford.

    Changing city....

    My profile won't save the changes I make to my city location....anyone else have trouble with this?

    yeah well im thinkin i got hacked, i havent been on my xbox for about a month. i got back on yesterday and tried to update my account and it was all in czech

    Trying to change my Xbox Live Location.

    I keep getting this error, and I have always been in the United States. I moved from one city in a state to another city, and I tried to change my location. It keeps giving me the same error code as well. I find this to be incredibly annoying. I went so
    far as to try "This error code violates my rights". And sure enough, no error message that time. If you aren't going to allow people to be honest about where they live, which is incredibly ridiculous, then remove this field from the profile all together. Not
    being able to put my actual city is asinine.

    You have to fill in all your information for your profile(Billing Adress, Zip code, City, and State.). If you dont have information for your location then you cant do it. If its there then change your information to the information on your card. If this
    does not work your card might not be vaild.

    I think you are referring to your location in your profile. You have to manually change that. Go to your profile and select edit, change the location.
