Changing Avatar Pic Issue On Xbox ONE!!!

After several times trying to change my avatar pic, it won't change and it is still stuck on my old one. My last attempt was to delete my gamertag and download it again but it didn't work either. Is there anything that can help me with this issue?!!!

Ok soo Im on the xbox app on my comp changing settings when I change my gamer pic to my avatar.. Tried to change it back, but everytime I do it gives me ridiculous generic choices for a gamer pic. How do I change my gamer pic to the one I have on my xbox?
360 meaning my xbox gamer pic.

I know these are older posts, but changing gamer pic from avatar store from xbox one seemed to do the trick. Works fine now, best of luck

 

Your gamerpic shows as your avatar wearing tomb raider gear looking down to her left,is that correct?

 

Yes! I was trying to change it with new one but it's still stuck on that and it won't change at all!

I've begun seeing this issue being reported a few times and I am looking into whether this may be a bug with the system or there's a method of troubleshooting it.

I've done a bit of testing surrounding this issue and here are my findings:

- The gamer pic next to forum posts does not update if you modify it on Xbox One

- After creating a gamer pic from your Avatar, it takes a little while to update, but usually a restart fixes it

In this case - I'd like you to try these steps:

- Choose a gamer pic from the pre-created gamer pics, select one, save, then go back and select a different one, save. Then restart your console. See if it has updated.

- Then go into the Avatars, and create a gamer pic from your Avatar, save it, and also save to OneDrive. Restart console, see if it has updated.

Let me know how you get on!

 

I've done those ways before but I tried again and nope it didn't work!!!

Same here ... Xbox live shows my correct gamer pic but in forums it still has the old one ...

 

The forums still haven't been updated to show your xbox one activity yet so that's why you still only see your gamerpic & last games played from the 360

 

IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!!! REALLY IRRITATED! I paid for my avatar things with real money and would like for them to be shown in my gamerpic, I save it, its says its been saved but really it didnt
