Changing Age

I am 14 and thus cannot upload a custom gamer picture. With the help of my dad I changed by Xbox age to well over 18 but still cannot upload a custom

Picture because it says I must be 18. How do I go about correcting this?

As a child account you cannot use the migration tool you wont get not available I your region error unless yoh have an out of region account

Since uae is an xbox live region your best option is to make an account with your actual region not us or uk as its region

for the best experience with xbox live your account region must match your actual region

fyi alot of triple a titles are region locked this will help with future content

At this time, custom gamer pictures are only for adult accounts. The determination for whether your account is a child or adult account is the date of birth on your Xbox Live account, not your Microsoft Account. While it's possible to change the date of
birth associated with your Microsoft Account (as you appear to have done), it is not possible to change the Xbox Live date of birth. Your account will automatically promote to an adult account on your 18th birthday.

Keep in mind that this feature is still in preview/beta stages at this time. Access may change at a later date but we do not have any further information on that at this time.
