Changing Admin and adding kids

Hi,

We are parents. We originally set up one account with my husband's info. Now we want to separate everything and add 2 accounts, one for each kid. But they are freaking out about losing their progress and items they've purchased. Is there any way to keep
the progress and transfer it to a child's account?

You should be able to use the same credit card to validate each of the kids.

Are you getting an error message/code when you try to do this?

the only thing you can do it, is to change that account to child's account and create a new one for the parents control

This changed nothing. Even adding both - my user account and the admin account - changed nothing. FPS are still not displayed, the request access button is still displayed... even after multiple clicks and restarts.

You can also change the settings on Xbox One once the child has been added to the Admin account family. Just have both accounts signed in, while under the Admin account go to Settings > Family > Then choose the Child Account to Manage Settings.
