Changing account to adult

    Changing account to adult


    My account is a child account but I would like to change it to an adult account but I don't know how. I did have an account set up as a parent account but then I deleted it and forgot everything about it as most of the account details were made up and now
    I can't add a new family member from any accounts not even adult accounts so I'm stuck with a child account. Please help me figure out a solution to this.

    @mysweaty he didn't make an adult account

    He took over his 7year old sons account

    Which as mentioned once set the age of an account cannot be changed and it has always been legally binding

    No sooner no later and no you cannot change time or the age of your account once set

    Can’t change gamerpic cause not adult account

    The adult account need to upgrade to adult or wait until the child account becomes adult in prder to change it...

    Adult as in the age of the account has to be 18. Setting your account to adult but having a non adult age will not allow your to change it.

    I will contact them 2morow all i want is acces as a a adult to origin ea and dont loose all the games on the account.

    i knew the micrsoft will be a bad choice but u need to find out for yourself.........

    support is rubish 1 choice and u basicly *** lol

    i will call them and se what they can say about this, if not i will pursuit this matter

    You can contact support, but since the age on the account is under 18, there is nothing they can do to change it to an adult account. You would have to create a new account with your birthdate. The UK number is 0800 587 1102
