    i need to allow You can create and join clubs, and You can join multiplayer games but the micro-soft support has an endless loop of saying it will take me to where i need to go and i cant figure out how to get to the settings to allow it from my laptop

    When an account is created, the birthday entered at the time of creation cannot be changed.
