I cannot set up my "Family" on my xbox one. I am trying to change my son's restrictions so he can play Destiny but I cannot get to anything to do this. Help?

Setting up accounts for family members

Unfortunately each account needs to be signed in; however you can always let him play on a guest account instead. You can set parental controls on a guest account as well; we actually have a guide for it here: Guest Restrictions

Trying To Change My Daughters Gamertag

I think you need to allow her online purchases for this as changing a gamertag is being charged. So allow this to her account and set up the restrictions back after changing it.

What are the issues you are seeing?

Once the age listed on the account is 18 the account should automatically promote to an adult account. The age on your xbox account is permanent so if it was ever changed on account.microsoft.com it would not change the xbox account.

the simplest method would be for you to change the restriction on his account and then he should be able to purchase the game.
