Changing Account Owner

Hi

I have been using my xbox under my mothers email for years and now i want the xbox account to be moved under my own email address. The account has all my purchases and achivements on it so when i decided to create a new account on my own address a year ago
it didn’t work out. I was wondering if I added my account as a primary alias would i still be using the profile orginally associated with my mums account.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. I'm sorry to inform you the option to transfer saved data, achievements and any/or game purchases from another Microsoft Account will not be possible. We currently do not have an available feature. The one
step we have available is changing the primary email on the Microsoft account.
You can however set up home consoleon your main profile.
Note:If you choose to remove an alias that uses a Microsoft domain such as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @live.com, that alias will be completely deleted and will not be available to sign in to any Microsoft
services. A microsoft and Xbox account are one and the same. As there is nothing more I will be locking this thread.

The main account needs to remain the main account and on Xbox if removed it no longer works. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer content from one account to another.

I'm sorry about your situation yet you have to be the owner of the account to make any changes (including the email associated with the account)

These are the rules and support can't change the data of the account's owner without his/her consent.

Even though xbox support can see that I am the owner of this account and that i am paying for it, and have paid for all the games on it for years.
