Changes to the enforcement system

Am I the only one who sees how flawed the current enforcement system is for XBL? You can be insulted and berated for hours by toxic players and the second you lose your temper and return even one insult you're instantly smacked with a communications suspension.
At the moment, baiting suspensions and bans is extremely easy. And this instant, no investigation banning is without a doubt, completely un-necessary when there is a "Block" option on every person's account on xbox live. My main question: When will the enforcement
system be fixed to require actual attention from microsoft employees? instead of this lazy and broken system in place at the moment.

If someone is trash talking you to your breaking point and you're ready to flip.

One: Report them

Two: Block them so you don't have to deal with it

Three: Take a break for a little bit to calm down

I know it's annoying when someone is trolling you or I guess bullying is some cases but you need to know when to block and report them!

Microsoft allows trash talk though. The link to the Community Standards I provided above has examples of acceptable trash talk, and when things get taken too far into harassment.

It works mostly fine.

You choose to put up with insults by toxic players for hours, instead of reporting and blocking.

You choose to lose your temper and respond in kind.

Even if they do see "the other guy started it" they will also see that you too violated the code of conduct by slinging an insult.

So you would still be banned.

Personally I start a party anytime I start up a MP game. If my teammates want to join it that's fine, but most trolls wont go the effort. They will just scream insults into an empty public chat.

Wish we could get an opt-in "Underground mode"

I like toxicity and the general "Wild west" type of Xbox we used to have back in Halo 3.

Would make sense to let the dudes who want to trash talk each other trash talk while having those who don't opt in be safe.
