changes need to be made, I own an xbox 360, I only play activision games, double wammy server ...

I own an Xbox 360 which is produced by Microsoft, all the games I play are produced by Activision, every time I can't play any of my games because the server is down, the xbox/microsoft company refuses to compensate for the lost gaming time, in the last
3 months I lost 2 weeks of game time, when I try to play the game it will say the XBOX LIVE server is down try again later, it does not say the activison server is down, from my point of view, I bought an xbox, I bought xbox live, I bought the games
and when I did the case was green with an xbox logo and when I put the disc in the xbox it performed like it should which tells this game is without a doubt for my xbox, I tried to put it in an activision game system and the disc wouldn't work in any of them,
yet when I bring this to the attension of microsoft/xbox they said the activision/Playstation server is down and they are the ones responsible, so your telling me even though I don't have an activision server or game system thats the server responsible, they
made the game but im not paying for their server im paying for xbox live which means they are pointing their fingers at playstation knowing it's their own responsibility to fix the problem, there is nothing wrong with the game itself and even if there was
it's made for the xbox so I dont see where they get off thinking the way they do, a server is just an internet connection, I already have internet, and I dont play any microsoft games at this point I'm wondering where the middle man came from and why theyre
there, all I know now is my xbox live gold membership which said 3 months of service only provided 2 1/2 months

yup. same issue, seems to be fully wide spread from what i've looked up. microsoft/activision/sledgehamer/anyone please fix this quickly... we don't need anymore xbox one issues and this is a total downer to not be able to play one of the only games i own.
FIX ASAP PLEASE or at least give an update/response

 

10 minutes to reconnect to xbox live

I live in a very bad signal area and regularly have Internet connection issues. I play xbox games on xbox one, laptop & xbox 360. This issue only occurs on the 360 & that only in last few months.

I lose connection to xbox live and have 10 minutes to reconnect. Almost all the games I play are digital downloads so I assume u need connection to prove I own a copy. I don't understand the need for constant connection. Has there been a change to xbox system
as never previously had this issue.
