Changer un jeu de compte [Edit - Translation] - Change an account set

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, transferring any content between Microsoft account is not possible. This includes Games, DLC, Achievements and Gamertags. Is there a reason you are looking into this that we can possibly help

I checked using a second account:

I can change the gamertag on that second account to TimyPastek and it doesn't have a suffix.

The TimyPastek gamertag without suffix is available.

Le jeu était sur un compte Xbox si c'est votre compte pas de problème en revanche si on efface la console et on refait un compte alors le jeu est perdu

Bonjour, c'est un problème lié a mon compte étant donné que cest uniquement quand j'essaye de me connecter avec ce compte que le jeu crash. Un ami a également essayer de lancer le jeu avec mon compte sur son ordinateur. Meme résultat le jeu crash.

Je n'ai pas envie de recommencer le jeu au début. J'aimeraide l'aide
