Sorry to hear you're upset. If you see someone doing something against the terms of use and code of conduct of Xbox Live you should report them via the dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select Report or Block then follow the instructions provided.
You'll have an option to leave a brief message for the PET as well.

Please bear in mind that the PET get thousands of reports per day and they must investigate each one to ensure it's a legitimate report. Because of this it can sometimes take some time for the gamertag in question to receive an enforcement.

If you have reported a gamertag already then please do not report it again. The PET investigate from the oldest (bottom of the list) report first so each time you report the same gamertag it moves it back to the top of the list so it can take longer for
the PET to get to it.

If you have been reported and had your account banned then only the PET can lift it.

Finally, please remember that it is not allowed to request others report gamertags for you

D'abord je suis désolé pour les problèmes rencontrés avec certains joueurs… Je comprends que cela peut-être frustrant mais la seule chose que vous devez faire c'est de les signaler et couper le son de leur voix ainsi que de ne pas entrer dans leurs jeux
. Microsoft vérifie les signalement et si l'équipe voit que ces joueurs sont des perturbateur répétition ils seront bannis selon les règles de conduite.
